  • Via the booking form: name, email, company (optional), plan of interest, message, preferred date/time, and timezone.
  • Site usage data: if analytics tools are enabled (see "Cookies & analytics" below), we may receive aggregated browsing data such as pages viewed, device, and traffic source.

How we use your data

  • To respond to your inquiries and coordinate meetings or calls.
  • To generate the booking link (via Calendly) when you schedule a meeting.
  • To understand site usage and improve it, only if analytics tools are active.
  • We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

Who we share data with

  • Calendly: when you book a meeting, your name, email, and company (if provided) are sent to Calendly to generate the appointment.
  • WhatsApp: if you message us via the WhatsApp button, the message is sent directly through WhatsApp/Meta, subject to their own privacy policy.
  • Hosting/infrastructure providers (Vercel) that host the site and technically process requests.
  • Third-party analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity) only if active — see the Cookie Policy.

How long we keep your data

  • Contact and booking messages are kept only as long as needed to respond to your request and, where applicable, maintain a reasonable business record.

Your rights

  • You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing contact@wizakpro.com.
  • We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe.

Security

  • We apply reasonable technical measures (HTTPS encryption, form validation, security headers) to protect the information you send us.
